Four Row Taper Roller Bearing

(1).  Four row tapered roller bearing is one of the main roll bearings , including cylindrical bore and taper bore.

(2).  Four row tapered roller bearing with cylindrical bore called as TQO. It can take radial load as well as axial load at the same time. It is usually used for four high mills work roll , back-up roll and the roller of breaking down mill and beam mill .  Usually which work with the axle journal not tightly.

(3).  Four row tapered roller bearing with tapered bore is developing on basis of  TQO bearings. The frequent appeared structure is the type of TQITS . Because inner bore have conical degree, so it can work with axis journal tightly , avoiding the squirm on the surface of roller neck .

(4).  Compared with TQO, its much more complex in use and pretty difficult in producing . So, it can only use in high speed and high precision roll
