Graphite Sheet

This unique material is based on natural graphite flakes with well crystalline structures, which is through chemical treatment, expanding under high temperature and then rolling. Properties are highly anisotropic, particularly in respect to electrical and thermal conductivity. Graphite foils and sheets are available in different thicknesses. Graphite sheets are manufactured un-reinforced, impregnated or reinforced.

Graphite sheets microperforated / other unreinforced Graphite Sheets

The products of Graphite sheets microperforated are punched small holes in Graphite sheets, which widely used in furnace to release gas. A wide range of normal Graphite sheets unreinforced and Graphite sheets microperforated with specifications of 1.0-3.0x 1,500x1,500 mm and 1.0-3.0x 1,000x1,000 mm are available.

 

Reinforced Graphite sheets

The products is formed by pressing mechanically or sticking from flexible graphite sheets together with metal plate. It has excellent sealing property for microscopic surface irregularities and strong compensation capacity for uneven sealing surface. It also has good compressibility, good resilience, small stress relaxation and long working life, It is commonly used for making cylinder gaskets of engines and punching into all kinds of sealing gaskets. Both sizes of 1.0-3.0x 1,500x1,500 mm and 1.0-3.0x 1,000x1,000 mm are available
